SJS Coaching Services is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its clients. I will not sell Client information to third parties or overseas entities, nor disclose any Client information to external parties without prior written consent from the Client, unless required to do so by law.

 

The processing and storage of personal information, stored for the purpose of delivering a high-quality service, is done so in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

I use cookies on my website to help the website function properly, improve performance, and provide insights into how visitors interact with the site. This includes third-party cookies such as Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and performance, Wix for website hosting and capturing enquiries, MailerLite for managing email subscriber sign-ups, and Stripe to facilitate secure payment processing.

 

I do not use AI, machine learning algorithms or automated decision-making tools in the delivery of coaching or client assessments. To ensure a safe and private coaching space I do not record coaching sessions or use AI-based transcription services to assist in note taking. Because of this, all coaching session content remains strictly between the Coach and the Client.  ​​​
