MISSION
At the heart of what I do is a deep desire to help others break-free from a life that doesn’t feel like their own. A life that looks successful on the outside but feels heavy on the inside. A life they’ve curated due to societal pressures and other people’s expectations. A life that if left unchanged they will ultimately come to regret.
SJS Coaching Services exists to create a safe space for women who want to live a life that’s authentically theirs so that they do not get to the end of their life and wish they’d lived it differently.
I work with thoughtful, capable women who look successful on paper but feel lost in their own lives. Women who have followed the rules, met expectations, and played the 'good girl' role, and are now ready to take back control.
My mission is to help these women move from self-doubt and indecision, to confident, regret-free living. To untangle expectations from desires and take courageous, aligned action. I want my clients to look back and say they lived life on their terms, they chose themselves over approval and they achieved real happiness. Because when one woman chooses to live a life true to herself, the ripple extends far beyond her and that's how we change the world - one small ripple at a time.
