ETHICS POLICY

SJS Coaching Services is committed to providing a safe, respectful and empowering coaching space. My practice is guided by integrity, transparency and professionalism, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued and supported.​

I believe in empowering clients to take control of their own circumstances and find their own path forwards. My role as a Coach is to facilitate the mechanism for the client's desired transformation. I do not provide medical or financial advice, and will always refer clients to appropriate professionals where necessary. I comply with the Code of Ethics set-out by The Coaching Academy.

Every coaching session is conducted personally and exclusively by the founder of SJS Coaching Services, Stacey O’Callaghan. From our very first message to our deep-dive sessions, you will receive 1-to-1 human support; nothing in my practise is led by AI. To ensure a safe and private coaching space I do not record coaching sessions or use AI-based transcription services to assist in note taking. Because of this, all coaching session content remains strictly between the Coach and the Client.

SJS Coaching Services is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia under the registered business name "SJS Coaching Services" ABN: 85 971 532 146. I also comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2012 and nothing in the agreements you sign with me limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
