When I discovered that the biggest regret people have at the end of their life is “not having the courage to live for themselves; not being true to who they are, and living a life based on other people’s expectations,” it made me feel deep sadness. Sadness for all those people who wished they'd lived differently but also sadness for myself because if something didn't change I'd end up being one of them!

After reading the research I decided I was going to change. And bit by bit I did. And now through SJS Coaching Services I create a safe space for women who want to do the same.
