The processing and storage of limited personal information, stored for the purpose of delivering a high-quality service, is done so in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Ethics Policy
SJS Coaching Services is committed to providing a safe, respectful and empowering coaching space. My practice is guided by integrity, transparency, and professionalism, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued and supported.
I believe in empowering clients to make their own choices; a coaches role is to facilitate growth, self-awareness, and goal achievement. I do not provide medical or financial advice, and will always refer clients to appropriate professionals where necessary. I comply with the Code of Ethics set-out by The Coaching Academy.
SJS Coaching Services is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia under the registered business name "SJS Coaching Services" ABN: 85 971 532 146. I also comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2012 and nothing in the agreements you sign with me limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

As part of my mission I care deeply about the impact I have on others and on the world around us. That's why I care about climate change and pride myself in being a climate conscious business. I make every effort to reduce my carbon footprint by only using renewable energy sources, ethical third-party suppliers, and paper-free services. I'm also members of the SME Climate Hub and Climate Coaching Alliance who hold me accountable to my pledge.
Disclaimer
Although I am a certified Personal Performance Coach, Corporate and Executive Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, unless you sign a service agreement to work with me, we do not have a formal working agreement.
